LEGAL AGREEMENT
The Association, or their agent or any person claiming through shall not disclose to any third party the Client database(the “Confidential Information”) except to the extent that such disclosure or use is reasonably necessary to the performance of the work, (ii) make copies of any Confidential Information or any content based on the concepts contained within the Confidential Information for personal use or for distribution unless requested to do so by the Client, or (iii) use Confidential Information other than solely for the benefit of the Client.
For violation of any of the above provisions, the Association, or their agent or any person claiming through will solely liable, responsible and have to face all the legal consequences.
